Essential Information Before Installation

  • Do not touch the chip or the ink nozzles/ports. This can result in clogs, ink delivery failure, and poor electrical connections.

  • Do not mix cartridges from different suppliers simultaneously. Mixing brands can cause the printer to malfunction or fail to properly recognize the installed cartridges.

  • If the printer has been unused for an extended period (e.g., several weeks or months), we recommend running the printhead cleaning cycle up to three times to clear any dried ink residue.

  • The Ankink team strongly recommends using high-quality ink from a single producer to ensure optimal printing performance and extend the lifespan of your printer.
