Return Policy

We aim to provide you with a clear and straightforward return service.

If you need to return an item due to ordering the wrong product or changing your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility requires the item to be unopened, in perfect condition, and ready for resale.

For these non-quality returns, please ensure the product and its packaging are undamaged, unused, and maintained in resalable condition.

Warranty Policy

2-Year Warranty: Should your product experience any performance or manufacturing-related quality issue within 2 years of purchase, we will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund.

Note that all quality issues must be confirmed through inspection by our after-sales support team.

During the warranty period, you will not incur any costs for repair, replacement, or return associated with quality issues.

Exchange Policy

We provide a clear exchange service to ensure you quickly receive the necessary item when eligible.

Our Free Exchange Service is only applicable to products with confirmed quality defects.

The Free Exchange Service does not apply to non-quality issues (such as ordering the wrong product, change of mind, etc.). For these returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

All exchanges must be pre-approved by contacting us at support@ankink.com with relevant order information and a description of the issue.

The typical processing time for an exchange is 2–4 business days after the quality issue has been confirmed.

Quality Issue Returns: We will provide a pre-paid return label, so you are not responsible for any return shipping fees.

Non-Quality Issue Returns: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Please Note: If your return is due to ordering the wrong item or a change of mind, we are unable to refund the original shipping fees paid on your order.

Refund Processing Timeline
Returns Requiring Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will complete the quality inspection and process the refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

Orders Not Requiring Inspection: We will process the refund or replacement within 2–3 business days.
